very good goal but watch ...

Very good goal, when compared with the standard 17-55 explodes all!
I would say it is closer to 24-70 L series at image quality.
The big downside of this goal is its seal on the dust and other particles: unfortunately I made the painful experience after only 3 out wanting to take my son playing in the sandbox! a small projection a grain of sand left on the drum and the hop here that appears to the side of the inner lens.
At 900 the stone, I find it somewhat abused as cannon does not scrutinize more ready side sealing!

Finally 3 stars: because no lens hood and big problem with dust

great product but inside, you can forget the pictures by the sea or otherwise. Too bad!
