I use regularly that wheel abs and it is undeniable that you will work your abs so efficcace. However mastery of this device depend very definitely your physical condition (have you ever a good lap belt?) And whether or not you're listening to your back! we must not look to have a maximum amplitude from the start at the risk of hurting yourself but try to do the movement correctly. At the slightest tension in the lower back, do not be stubborn but you rethink your movement. So I advise you to view some video on the use of this device and using it carefully.
