With recent progress to the midrange my audio system I currently acquires moult sacd ... and I found the audio BR. Being a fan of Supertramp since my 11 years (uncle thank you!), I spent nights listening to their albums on cassette in an old K7 JVC (with ANRS!) And the helmet ... then cd, then the whole vinyl discography ... Why not tested this new medium? Three different versions are present on the disk: PCM, DTS Master Audio and Dolby True HD. PCM is twice déchantillonnage cd but I find the sound still dry and a bit cramped. Dolby True HD is much stronger output level (loudness), but the voices are too "exacerbated" to my taste. DTS Master Audio is fantastic. The sound is warm, detailed, beautiful voice, the same output level PCM (intensity) Yet despite their differences in rendering the three encodings have the same déchantillonnage rates. Anyway, in buying opportunity (too expensive to my taste in nine), is really a purchase that is worth trying. But SACD, it will give what?
