Although it evokes a famous battle, the author plunges us into a mad century, that will lead humanity to the beginning of globalization, discoveries, and the wealth of arts and sciences. Nothing will be like before. The first part is a bit heavy with the presentation of a few too many characters, but the result is more educational. 300 pages easy to read, but far too little for a century uncommon.
