I have expected from the peeler + planing attachment a smooth, ruckzuck "peeling experience". However, the slide back and forth with the peeler I'm not particularly easy on the hand. By serrated blades is all a very jerky affair, when I get stuck often. As mentioned in previous reviews, this one should really take care of his fingers.
Conclusion: The peeler is not bad, but absolutely not for me the "revelation" for which he is being touted. Definitely exercise is required in dealing with it. But since I do not feel like it most, almost always comes my other cheap peeler used.
