In this radio play, it's like the movie versions: The book is always better than the movie: The Höspiel is the incredible density Intesität and Tad Williams' not just what was, however, to predict. I am bothered thereby also the most votes. However, I feel the "jumping" of the story as a successful solution the complexity of history to evade something. What was excellently introduced without doubt, are the gadgets and sound effects that greatly contribute to the atmosphere. Ultimately, the whole thing has been very well implemented - but only recommended in my opinion those who Otherland've read and want to sometimes leisurely indulge in a radio play. Otherwise, you will probably often do not understand what it's all about, and why the respective character ever since is, where he is (and as the "there" at all looks!) ... Even though there are four damn thick books, I recommend each first reading and then listen! As a final point: The Höspiel should listen with headphones because a lot of impressions and fragments of conversation will be lost - strong interference are needed here as a stylistic means in abundance !!
