1) Recording format
The recordings are saved in my .ts format on the SD card! Then you can download a software tool AverMedia to this TS stream then convert them into mp4. I expected a direct MP4 recording. Would this possibly through a new firmware still possible?
2) Recording in PC-free mode (without PC)
-HDMI Cable from the receiver to the Live Gamer Portable (LGP) and from there to the TV function >> recordings!
When I connect an external monitor to my laptop, I can add this monitor for example, as extended or as a copy of your own desktop to the notebook. Only then this monitor is active.
But if I turn the LGP between the HDMI Output of the notebook and the HDMI input on the external monitor, then I will be in the driver NVidia ext. Monitor garnichtmehr displayed. Thus, recording is not possible.
Actually, I even thought I could be the LGP also simply connect the HDMI output of my notebook and record directly, without an ext. Connect monitor. What are your experiences with it?
I want finally also my notebook the screen to record when the example just starting up, or if I want to show something in the bios. Is not the ???? Which device is possibly something. ???
