The dock works very well with my Xperia Z1, however, it is about 1.5 cm wider than the original, which, in use represents the naked cell phone, no problem, but when used with a docking compatible sleeve (in this case by Zukin & Co ) which the design specifications of Sony corresponds leads to problems because the shell rests on one side, which is not intended. Although the cell phone charges still, however, breaks the charging process by the thus caused skew from occasionally, which is pretty annoying. Otherwise, the dock is OK, it's not as well made as the original, but this is not so bad, all in all, it fulfills its function.
