Good instructions for "amateur photographers" is missing!

You have to almost scientifically deepen in equipment and photographic technology. There is still missing a clear and clearly structured instructions for beginners. This is a device by experts for experts, the manual included. Too bad, why can not "condescend" to amateur photographers, where years of study or experience is lacking?
Why no one explains in a simple and any comprehensible step-by-step book the complicated system of the Olympus E-M5, which for non-professionals infinitely many terms and names and especially the practical handling by means of examples with which you peu a peu penetrates into this complexity?
