Had ordered me the knife for everyday work in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the blade for my purposes is much too small, that's my fault but is, nonetheless sent back.
The knife itself: it is sharp, but the paper test shows that would have been a lot more possible. So if a super sharp knife expected, will not be disappointed but also not entirely happy.
