These knives are well made and very sharp. The large diameter has an impressive size and is used to cut the bread with us. It works surprisingly better than a classical bread knife with serrated edge. The high stiff blade, the slices are nice and smooth and straight. Only the crust must not be too hard, then it no longer works.

They can be very well sharpen (with a grinding stone, not with the sharpening steel!), Fit comfortably in your hand and the 3-rivet look is an absolute classic. The handles are very Passignano pressed onto the blade and have no joints, which facilitates cleaning.

I am satisfied and has so far everything effortlessly cut (also my fingernail: -o) - so you should be fully focused at work so ...

CONCLUSION: If you finally want to get away from the cheap botch from the grocery store, but want to spend a fortune for Super knife is with this set for a reasonable price in midfield. For the hobby chef certainly more than adequate.
