Positives:
+ 3 separable, individually usable units
+ Size and layout with many drawers
+ Light weight
+ Design
Neutral:
~ Well, it is a plastic product, so you can not expect the stability of a metal design. Nevertheless, some does seem to a bit shaky. Is for the low weight and the immunity of the plastic surface is advantageous.
~ Workmanship overall ok (drawers with metal guide rails).
~ Rear (right and left of the telescopic handle) is space for longer items such as a spirit level. Very nice idea, but at the expense of storage space in the boxes.
Negatives:
- First bad surprise: It inexplicably absent the removable tray in a plastic case. And although this upper unit actually corresponds to the product sold separately 1-70-316 (in which the tray is). For the purposes of my angedachten orderly storage itself very badly. Why here for a 1-2 Euro plastic insert customers angry probably remains a mystery of Stanley.
- I even obtained from the manufacturer whether this filing is available separately, but you have not thought it necessary to my question to answer.
- Place: Although the rolling workshop comes in a huge box and looks reasonably powerful, but ultimately you get shockingly little pure. Many tools such as screwdrivers are bigger, a little too long for the specified schedule in the drawers. Often, recesses (or similar grip) indoors in the way. Anyone who believes in the great folding unit (below) you're gonna get a circular saw or something is wrong.
- Drawer dividers can only be removed, not reposition. This means that a specialist may be necessary slightly larger (at the expense of the order), a free Gestatung is not possible.
- The wheels look like they have a rubber coating, but actually it is the same material as the rest, just look a little profile. Not even a little softer plastic was considered appropriate here.
Conclusion: Unfortunately I have nothing - more suitable found - for me. There are similar products from metal, but here I shy weight, price and also the susceptibility to dents and scratches. Overall, I can live with the solution, but I had expected more of it.
