Built on the same architecture as the model Allwinner A33 7 inch tablet offers this T9X logically the same performance: it is a reactive machine, which provides smooth navigation through menus as well as on the Internet (Wi-Fi ). For a "family" use, this tablet was not ashamed of his performance against my Galaxy Tab3, I paid 250 there 18 months.
Compare an entry level tablet and Galaxy Tab3 is a bit indecent, I agreed. There are big differences between the two types of products, but the level of performance for everyday use, they are negligible .. for the following purposes:
- Surf the internet;
- E-mail / Chat;
- Games (type Angry Crush Candy Birds, or Hay Day)
- Youtube
- Netflix Videos
.. This tablet works very well, perfectly smoothly.
It is equipped with a microSD card reader that reads easily multimedia files (I think I read somewhere that Android 4.4.2 would not allow the installation of applications on a microSD memory, which is not fully illogical).
I have not really tested the photo part: the front camera is suitable for use Video Chat, the rear camera should give correct results in good light conditions, but I doubt that it can manage the bass shots light or against the light.
The price difference compared to a Galaxy Tab3 rather to look elsewhere:
- The screen here offers a resolution of 800 x 480 (1280 x 800 against the Tab3), it is not necessarily troublesome in common use, or even in video mode; but it has a very closed angle vision: to make it simple, you really have much in the line of sight for good readability and color reproduction varies with the angle of vision. The screen is made of plastic, while the Tab3 has a Gorilla glass screen.
- The quality of finish: the box is in basic plastic. If the finish is not bad, no effort was made to give this tablet one aspect a little bit rewarding. However, all does not seem particularly fragile, and the tablet has a rigidity quite reassuring;
- The screen has an unusual ratio: wide, medium and high. This is not the 16 / 9th, maybe the 19 / 9th? To view videos that is perfect for gaming it's not annoying, but for Internet browsing, I do not like this format.
The case / keyboard included in this pack is moderately satisfactory ..
As stated in the product, it's a QWERTY. If I think it's a good thing to accustom children to use either QWERTY or AZERTY, if only for their mental agility, for adults, it's more embarrassing, especially for accents.
The striking touch is correct, all keys respond well, and the keyboard is not too small ... but you get used to its very flat and very tightened its keys.
However, it fulfills its function of protecting quite satisfactory.
Conclusion: Surprisingly Tablet! Fluid and responsive, it lacks a most flattering design and materials, and a square screen.
