Short the pros and cons:

Pros:

- Is very easy to hold
- Conveniently
- Suitable for PC and Playstation 3
- Good design
- Excellent price / performance ratio
- Wireless
- Good coverage
- Layout like the XBOX360 controller

Con:

- Unable to activate the PS 3
- USB dongle is required for Wireless
- USB cable is there only for charging, not as an alternative for Wireless
- Not be switched off, only standby

Conclusion: A very good overall and versatile second controller at a very good price, if you can ignore the constant standby mode.
