The first flaw: The sheet is cumbersome and you have to when you bring it out of the oven, watch carefully how and where one takes it (there is not a good approach surface). Otherwise, it's great: The dough can fill good, the Madeleines have a very nice form and dissolve easily; you can reuse it for a second helping therefore immediately.
