The player itself makes for the price a very good impression - meticulously crafted - sensible menu and good speed for DVD / BD and DLNA.

With the latest firmware update LG seems to have optimized fan control - at least he runs with me now barely at or inaudible.

Correction to:
- Here again the well-known problem with the latest customer nannying so I uh ... my copy even the included Blu-Ray "The Poloarexpress" remains black - as the "Avatar Extended Edition". -

Meanwhile go those two problematic BRs ... fan runs as I said with the latest FW inaudible - therefore now full 5 stars. Player's really worth the money.
