After a few days of use, I can say this:
-Perso, When I go into the options the maximum sound volume is 100. There is no volume problem with Koss headphones Ksc-75 or I PORTAPRO between 48 and 52, and that's enough. I honestly do not see the point of an amp.
-The Wheel: it is a little strange at first, but we made it very quickly and reacts pretty well. Well, if I go too fast, sometimes I skip a line, but that's it. Pleasantly surprised so. The menus are clear and navigation is intuitive.
-The Sound: I am not at all audiophile, but I find the sound more rich, detailed and dynamic as a Clip Rockboxé, which sounded more "flat" even playing the equalizer.
I listen to FLAC and mp3 320kbps, nothing below and above anything. The equalizer is basic: presets rock, classical, jazz, metal, pop, studio etc. I listen to indie rock, alternative, post and playing around with the equalizer, I get a very good record in this style. The bass is good with headphones Basseux already rather like Koss, but they are not highlighted.
-Battery: Via usb it takes 5 hours to fully charge, which gives an autonomy of 11 am I think.
Oh, and the silicone black hull is fine even if it attracts all the dust.
That's what I can say this Fiio x1.
