Package included:
- The reel
- 2 screws with plugs (for solid wall, not used in my case)
- 1 hook screw with pin (for solid wall also not used in my case)
Small problem: the product received is "gray mouse" for the body and "brass" to the bracket (not matter in my case, but whether you insist green as visually).
The fixing of the reel is great. It pivots easily.
The thread unwinds and winds well (2 weeks of use only, see later).
On the phone, you have a kind of metal loop, very well to hang on the hook provided.
The cable locking system works well.
That said, with linen "heavy" over the wire relaxes inevitably, I use only 5-7m and I set relatively high (approx. 1.8m) => to consider who would l use of 15m without fixing the intermediate wire.

The tab is not stainless, so also to consider if you can not install it away (at least the reel).
For now it's all good, I recommend this product.
