I have this TV yesterday. I'm generally disappointed. The picture quality is good, simple and well guided installation. The sound is obviously not exceptional due to the thickness of the TV, but correct nonetheless. However, I regret the lack of control and homogenization of the volume of the output digital sound. By source (TV, USB disk, ... NetTV application) sound varies significantly, requiring often play with the home theater remote control when changing source. The Ambilight is pleasant and not annoying. Surprising at first, but very quickly we forget this unusual side to enjoy its benefits. It remains switched off, however. The menu navigation is relatively slow, but acceptable. The NetTV option falls within the gadget and shows no real interest. This feature is currently not sufficiently accomplished to be operated in good conditions. The MyRemote app for iPhone has no interest either, because it is a pale copy of the remote control supplied with the TV. A trackpad function would have been yet practical for NetTV navigation. Playback from a USB drive is working properly. It still lacks options for playback (resume at the position last viewing, adjusting the speed of the fast forward ...). For recording on USB disk, it is specified that the installation requires a disk with a minimum size of 250GB, and that it will be formatted and recognized only on the TV. I have not tested this yet because I do not drive yet. In all cases, to use this function, it is necessary to provide a hard drive dedicated solely to this purpose. Too bad all the same ... I have not yet successfully tested the DLNA function. The TV does not operate with all the servers (Mac OS only Twonky -payant- is quoted).
I remain for now on a good impression on this TV. Imperfect, but the key is present.
