This Balance Pad is a good product. I had previously made only experience with a Balance Pad with the physiotherapist. As a layman, I would rate the quality as the same described as good. Yet it would be much more practical / convenient when the Balance Pad would be good 10-20 cm wide. So you could even more exercises on the pad and make eg also broader pushups. But if one is not available in "forced" to have a second pad to buy or not to do so. The second drawback is the price factor. For a plastic foam products of the machine for a few Euros (if any) is established - to require more than 40 euros is simply a joke. But man is well known, like a lot of money when it comes to his health.
