By cons (and following the comments above), take into account that it is self-powered by the HDMI ports of the devices connected to it. For example if my PS4, PS3 and WDTV are off, Chromecast not enough to fed the switch. What few actually result in dropped frames (indeed it seems that the PS4 does not provide enough power either), PS3 & the WDTV Live them provide, carefree enough current. Ideally you must add a transformer 5v / 500ma (I found one in a pack PS3 Move load balances) and there no more worries.
For me the only downside to this is the quality of its remote control at extremely close range (max 2m) and an unworthy quality Belkin.
