I ordered the PRS-T2 in September last year and was very enthusiastic .. delivery within 3 days, he has done what he should, everything ran smoothly for Reader conditions. The design was good too: He was well in hand and halted also comfortably with one hand. Unfortunately, I recently the problem that the display may not function properly in the upper left corner.

Then I have the support of Sony contacted and after I sent them pictures of the problem, the answer, if it were a broken display and these are not covered by the guarantee came. (The product I should not even send in). Now I ask myself the question as to this "broken display" came because I have my readers always transported in the Sony, for a lot of money, acquired protective sheath.

Well, per se, I would like to receive this product definitely buy again if the support would not.
