I have gained the creatine capsules a few weeks ago, I'm stalled with my weight training a little. I just got informed regarding long. Additional food supplements (in addition to protein) and wanted to finally try creatine once.
Since I do not have a home chemistry lab to determine whether especially the WEIDER Creatine is good, I have to limit it to a self-experiment.
> Intake and dosage:
Each WEIDER Creatine capsule contains 1.07g creatine.
About the "loading phase", there are divided opinions. Some say that one should take 10 times the amount, some say, why bother charging phase. Genoese said: In the loading phase 0.3 g of creatine per kg muscle mass, in the maintenance phase 0.03g.
When my body weight of 90kg with 18% fat are just over 70kg, thus corresponds to 21g in the loading phase, or 2.1 g in the maintenance phase.
That is the theory. Predisposed Practically I've taken a middle ground and in the first 10 days 5 capsules per day (2 morning, 2 in front of the training, an evening), in the maintenance phase 3 capsules per day (1 morning, 2 before training) consumed.
The treatment lasted about five and a half weeks.

+ After a week I have been a significant increase in performance feel (approximately + 10%).
+ I had a greater "pump" after training
+ Muscles got a somewhat greater extent, but still felt "trained" to. I'm assuming that it was water retention, because
+ I was constantly thirsty and had to drink more than usual.
Apparently the stuff seems really interact with my body respond.
But it also had negative effects:
- I was pretty hippelig time over
- My immune system was slightly chipped (slightly peeved, slight sore throat) the first 2-3 weeks although this is very robust with me. I've got again only due to extra-healthy food back under control.
-> I assume that my body had the nutrients needed for muscle building and for the immune system no longer much left. So if you take creatine for you, please eat extremely healthy so sufficiently "high-quality building materials" is provided.
The time after the treatment:
After I dropped the creatine I noticed that inerhalb of one to two weeks took place a performance degradation. One can say that about 50% of my power growth I had achieved in the six weeks, is melted away again. Although I was better than before, but I'm not sure if I would have not achieved differently (food conversion, new training schedule).
Conclusion:
WEIDER Creatine is really a product that causes significant changes in the body. However, my strength gains were not necessarily worth the money, because after the cure is much melted away again.
So I recommend it more people who want to reach on a date bestimten anything because creatine is not suitable to be occupied permanently. Both health and financially.
I'll think about a cure might again when I look like Schwarzenegger. Perhaps the effect is better.
