The Aluminum Bumper sits tight on my cell phone and protects it against bumps adequately to such sensitive silver edges of the iPhone 5 or 5s. Of course, both the front and the back left unprotected, but that should all be aware of when purchasing the Bumpers. Both all buttons, microphone and speaker as well as slots for headset and charger still work properly with the envelope.

So overall a good quality product at a reasonable price.
