I use it for my iPad 4th generation and it does the job fairly well.
Overall look is of good quality.
Various pockets allow to store on iPad, a cleaning cloth, some papers if you need it. The AC adapter will not fit HOWEVER.
I would have expected a thicker internal padding, but the actual one is fairly quiet ok.
