These kebabs are stainless steel square section. Suspended between two steel rods on the barbecue, they do not rotate and therefore allow uniform cooking. They are rather thick and do not bend under the effect of heat. Moreover, after several uses, I have not seen traces of rust appear, proof that stainless steel is of good quality.
The only downside, which are worth their one star less, is that their tip is not just sheared and trimmed. It tears the meat and we must push firmly so that the skewer penetrates inside. A quick file or sharpening stone and there appears more.
