Good quality, small weakness

This cutting board is very large, which is prakrisch if you want to cut several ingredients at once before they wander into the pot.
The quality is good.
Wood's better than plastic and glass can make blades dull even for reasons of hygiene.
The classic wooden board is therefore still my tool of choice.

A small weakness has the board but as a cutting board:
The fairly deep sap groove.
Although the practice is if you cut very hydrous fruit.
But it interferes with scrape down the "clippings" in the pot, because the small cut just begins there.
Schhneidet is very small (eg garlic or chopped herbs) which is somewhat impractical.
But since you can actually know in advance through the image I give 4 stars anyway.
