I was looking for menu knives in good quality with clear, straightforward design, dishwasher suitable for everyday use, with a good price-performance ratio. This fits on these knives, I can therefore only recommend. They also cut well. The other parts of this cutlery series that one can buy more individually, I think succeeded.
