This mat is a little longer than normal, Which is a big plus. It's light enough to take to a daily class, but is Stillwell-padded so you do not feel the floor too much. I would not call it super sticky Because my hands do slip a little down during dog, but That is supposed to improve the more you use and wash the mat.
I would highly recommend this mat - it's the best one I've found after a lot of searching.
