I use a Raspberry Pi as MP3 and Internet radio player to a compact system. Since the analog output of Raspberries prone to clicking, I plugged in instead of the Creative Sound Blaster. At the first attempt I have connected my headphones and was amazed at what was to sound came out. Also in combination with the compact system can fully convince the sound.

Set Up:
With Raspbian (Stand 01/2014) must be changed only one Configuration so Raspbian searches for USB sound cards:

Appearance:
The only downer is that the stick is wider than the USB slot; so should not be too wide a device in adjacent USB output. Cables go smoothly, the connected wireless USB adapter comes with some caution.
