First Impression
The headphones come in a small plastic box that also serves to transport the listener. Top!
The feel is good, everything feels wertig for the price. All materials are. Beautiful interplay of metallic material to the listeners to the black plastic on the bracket.
First, then, the battery (AAA Baterie - included) for the Noise Canceling insert and then you can start already.
Comfort
The handset is very light, was my first thought. This is confirmed even after prolonged wear. Although there are On Ear listeners, nothing suppressed even after several hours on the ears. Are not the ears too overly warm. Everything is pleasant and sometimes you forget downright that you have the phone down!
Vestelltmöglichkeit is also very good. Also suitable for large heads!
Sound
The sound without noise canceling is slightly different than with enabled NC. I feel the Klnag slightly better with enabled NC. It affects everything a little stronger and clearer.
The sound is ansich but very pleasant in both variants. The handset has a warm and very neutral sound. The basses are available but not intrusive. They come when it's their turn and are holding back otherwise discreet yet present. The heights are also well matched. Nothing hisses in the south region, which I find particularly nevirg.
Noise Canceling
Let. To the point, why I bought the handset ever since priced higher quality headphones I have already
As I have already mentioned, is the Noise Canceling System also set a limit. It can only filter the low frequencies. In the cable of the headphones a microphone is installed, which records the ambient noise and wipe out by destructive interference of sound. For this, the generation of a signal is desired, corresponding to the sound of the interfering with opposite polarity exactly.
Sounds complicated, but it works well.
On The Plane
Very pleasant reduction in turbine noise. The volume of the noise in the cabin (the noise of the aircraft itself, not the annoying seatmate) falls really noticeable with enabled NC. If now music plays on the listener, is really not much to hear from flyers. Another advantage, I can enjoy without turning on full blast my music. Audio books are very good to listen. The conversations of other passengers are also attenuated, but only in the low range. Say a deep male voice is more subdued as a woman's voice. Nevertheless, talks are yet to hear. But much quieter. Announcements by the pilot can also be understood as long as the music is not limited to max ;-)
In The Car
Again, a good effect is present. The engine noise and road noise on the highway occur significantly in the background.
Office noise
Here I really scares me, how loud it can be in an office yet and how quiet it is but with this hearing. All the noise from the PCs and their fans, take no longer even deliberately was I feel.
With the headphones on and a Noise Canceling it's really eerie calm at once. No pesky PCs hear more. Soliloquies of colleagues are much quieter. So if times resting needs, for the listener to use are also good!
My Conclusion:
The headphones offer for the price an affordable entry into the world of active noise canceling. The effect is really good if you respect the limits of the system. Of course, this handset does not come close to Bose. But for that they cost only a fraction. For my occasional use they are great!
