This historical subject was completely unknown to me, find out more I bought this book! The reading was tedious because of ad reps nauseam.Ce book made redundant loops. Of course there is the cause of the evictions that is given in the historical context but in terms of the consequences of the expulsions, the integration of these newcomers, the experience of those expelled and the impact on generations of descendants of deportees have learns nothing. Certainly the book is well referenced, but the style is undrinkable; this is not the whole of "write a book but must still make it digestible. This book will be greatly appreciated I'm sure, by researchers and students of history, but certainly not by the general public.
