The story in itself is fun to follow and did have a good time, even if it is nothing special and should be forgotten soon enough. However, the strong point of the novel is the discovery of Florence and Istanbul, very well documented and exciting. I repeated, by this reading, two stays in these cities, and that, I loved it!
