I had purchased a first home black cartridge: no disappointment, perfectly compatible cartridge and no problem with the ink. And the price is really accessible for laser printer cartridges. So I trust them by buying the lot of 4. But I was disappointed by changing the black ink cartridge, which caused large printing concerns, including toner stains on all sheets, places unprinted, and other on-printed in offset. In short, I had to make a dozen cleaning pages to regain a normal print quality. I have not changed the other 3 cartridges and I hope they will not do me the same shot. Nevertheless, I do not think this is the brand since the first cartridge was ordered no problem. I still recommend this product, despite unexpected inconveniences.
