The "cover" of the machine was not entirely fixed, unfortunately for some reason and was shaking quite noisy at high spin cycle. I announced myself to the Beko Customer Service and we immediately and easily get a new cover, including assembly, of course, which is all part of the warranty. Now the machine makes no more noise. It is generally very quiet, has many different programs that respect each. Of temperature, amount of water, time and spin speed can be adjusted individually. The machine has a large capacity, which is also very beneficial.
We are very satisfied and I would make up my mind at any time for this brand and ours. :)
