Good workmanship and luminosity

I ordered a lamp for testing, thereby checking the following items.
Components used, processing, luminance and security. I was able to achieve the following results:
1. Material quality light: -------------- 5 of 5 stars
2. Processing light and power supply: - 5 out of 5 stars
3. luminosity the light is bright enough according to 9W, is somewhat disturbing that the brightness increases at the edge and decreases towards the center of the panel. ----- 4 of 5 stars
4. Safety: I have broken the power supply and visually inspected, though I could see that all components are soldered clean and safe. The plastic casing in which the power supply is installed provides good protection for use in Trochenem rooms.

Why am I still consider is a) power consumption of the power supply, quality of capacitors and the freedom from interference. Report follows.

So far, one can make the following summary:
The lamp along with power supply is suitable and safe for the dedicated use in Trochenem rooms. The luminosity is despite uneven illumination of the panel good to good +. The light color is around 3000K. Since only one light was available, I could not check whether all the panels 100% have the same light color.

Meanwhile, I have the light for several weeks in test mode on a standard motion detector in the workshop in use.
