Good workmanship, but not an acceptable grinding result

We chose this coffee and spice mill because we ourselves want to grind coffee beans fresh and occasionally want to pulverize spices for cooking yourself. Spices we have not tried, but coffee beans. The result is abysmal. The machine is indeed well made, comes directly from England with adapter plugs and makes an overall good impression, but the result of grinding is not acceptable. As the photos show, whole beans are ground only partly, very irregular. There remain even after prolonged and multiple grinding operations still undamaged beans in the hopper. Coffee Maker, you can not use the result. This is a complete failure purchase, and I do not recommend the purchase.
