Goods high in order, number wrong

Delivery was very quick. Packaging was also appropriate. Flags were dark blue - color is good - as seen in the picture. However, there are only 4 stars from me because I had ordered 40 flags, but got only 38. In itself not sicherluch bad if but should go out to wejig with every delivery ...
