Then I got the JawBone Up seen and thought to myself, ok, that is small, does not interfere with the clips and when I connect it to my bra, then it does not fall out. So buy :) Yesterday came equal unpacked and set.
Disappointing was something that was so no manual while since I had already loaded but my app down, I knew that there step by step everything is explained, from the Insert battery up to the "coupling via Blutooth"
As this clip even now has no display, I have not yet quite on the list when I have to push something.
But here it is explained in the app in a video.
Exactly how it counts the steps is difficult to say. A test I gave at my count 37 steps and the unit counted 30 steps, for example. But rather as rum, as he has more and I ran less :)
In the app there is the possibility of "Calibration" to adjust his stride ............ yeahhh ....... NOT for JawBone UP, but only for the successor UP3 and UP24 which in turn are bracelets that I do not want and wanted.
Well, I can say for my part, it has me yesterday to animate again to run extra to also get "visually" 10,000 steps fully, so that I can view in the app then me.
For the night I got me the part clamped on the clock, but disturbed, will tonight I like terminals on the day of my bra strap and is good. How accurate is the sleep monitoring ........... Well I admit there times nothing on it, but I do not have been important.
In short, the JawBone Up clip is a better pedometer of a per mobile app still are a few tips and that was it.
Suitable for beginners like me who just want to know me, how much they move on the day. Want less suitable for athletes an accurate overview of their vital functions.
Conclusion: Nice toy for little money if you do not expect too much.

So after I have now worn for 4 weeks the JawBone day and night (the bra strap) I'm still excited.
Steps count relatively accurately.
From Sleep app, I personally nothing (ok, I do not wear it on your wrist) but to motivate them to move me, it is enough :)
