1. I was initially very skeptical because I've obviously read the Rezesionen the other customers (especially the negatives). But the more I had read me, the more accurate I knew what this customer had failed. They had ordered the wrong capsules! Therefore, make absolutely sure: for devices before October produced in 2010 WERE YOU NEED THE BROWN-GOLDEN CAPSULES. For devices that after October produced in 2010 WERE THE BLACK CAPSULES !!! (We have the Maestria of DeLonghi, BJ.2012, and therefore ordered the black caps.) 2. If the supplied instructions carefully reads and they are followed, nothing can go wrong. 3. Coffee choice: We had a pack of Tschibo at home (Espresso, Sicilian style, strong roasting), which we took to try quasi times at the beginning. With the result we were not so happy (almost no crema and coffee more watery). We bought finally an ILLY coffee (espresso, dark roast) and loved it. The Crema was almost as perfect as the Nespresso capsules and coffee even tasted (for our taste) super. ILLY Coffee is not the cheapest, but compared to the Nespresso capsules saves still almost half of money a. (Ex. 1 kg Nespresso coffee cost about 60.-, 1kg Illy coffee 35, -) The coffee should be evenly + finely ground. 4. Filling the capsule: pull capsule through the coffee in the coffee can. The heaped with coffee capsule press lightly on the edge of the coffee tin, strip overhanging coffee with his fingers and then emotional press with the thumb pad a little hollow. Capsule close. PFEIFFENRAUCHER are at an advantage !!! Bottom line, it is naturally a bit more time consuming than with the original capsule. But if one has once the hang of it, it's still fast enough and you build any more again relationship with his coffee on. Environmental thinking behind one should not fail to mention also. How long the plastic capsules eventually make its service remains to be seen.
