The Mille Gnocchi work either with long thin Teigwürsten (it will not require any pasta machine) or with thick and about 3cm wide pasta sheets (I use). Then cranks the dough through the Mille Gnocchi and come out just Gnocchetti sardi, cavatelli or Rigatelli. Caution: you need no potato dough!
To clean the part goes back easily (I use a toothbrush to clean the grooves on flour) and the quality is in the usual manner Imperia.
In my essay / intent also a crank was included, so you could use the Mille Gnocchi without Imperia pasta machine.
Full buy recommendation. How do I find the standard pasta machine ranges with additional this essay / intent and you can fas produce anything.
