Great anticipation. Bitter disappointment.

To benefit from a new backpack I can not every day, so I am really looking forward to this. In the picture everything seemed coherent. Color beautiful, workmanship great size adequate.
Since it is a brand backpack, is also the price of course. So expect joyfully the packet (time delivery) and was disappointed. While certain colors and everything, but the backpack was intolerable. The upper joint of the two loops is as wide cut that the backpack when placed protrudes one meter at the shoulder. Even just this connector has me very soon his neck rubbed raw when I had tried on him for 10 minutes and the loops were not really on my shoulders in, so it certainly is not a back-friendly for carrying heavy things.
Luckily I was able to send him back. But there the 1 star and 2 for the great pattern myself after all still responds.
