On advice read on bike forums, I took this headset for my baby just 9 months he first sailed walks on bike seat. At the time she was only 43 cm cranial perimeter, and the headset was turned down almost to her waist (while other major sports helmets surfaces provided for babies were clearly too large). After several months of daily use, I am very satisfied, I find it easy to adjust, and once set, it remains in its place. Good value on Amazon.
