For now, I had the HTC One, but unfortunately this was involuntarily from div. Reasons unfortunately early up the ghost. Thus replacement ago and had to have made me to look for a low-cost alternative. So I came after some searching on the Huawei Ascend P6.
I must say I am very excited and surprised by this phone. Price / quality just top. I use it mainly for telephony, Internet, Facebook, WhattsApp and snapshots with the camera. Games are not really gambled until now and then a bit of Angry Birds or even a round of Plants vs. Zombies, but no graphics hungry games.
I can not think that you get a better phone for 245,00 Euro me. But you have to be clear, to make a few concessions in advance. No LTE, no NFC and mobile Internet only to 21Mbit and not Full HD display.
For me anyway LTE is uninteresting (to expensive rates) and NFC needed and I do not use the HTC ONE and with 21 Mbit I can honestly for my purposes absolutely life on the go. On average I betw. 10-12Mbit go and sufficient.
The design is great. I like the phone a lot and it is pleasantly light and very very thin. Hammer. Size fits just in your pocket capable.
What made me suspicious before buying was the display which is only available with HD resolution, ie 720x1280. Is that enough? HTC ONE was FULL HD, ie 1980x1080
I must say that I do not directly see a difference when then minimal. I find the display of Ascend P6 totally hot, good lighting. One can read everything very well, nothing seems out of focus or mushy. Just great !!
Telephony works very well, it is well understood and it is understandable against also very good. Reception is fine. I have no problems with reception or less strokes than the HTC ONE.

So I'm just so so rum with the battery during the day. Display brightness is at 30%, always active WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS off. The memory of 8GB is very tight and 16GB would not have hurt, but since a microSD can be used, you can ignore it. I have no memory problem. Have many apps installed and still good 3GB on the phone free. Music, videos and images are placed on a 32GB microSD.
To play, this phone is due, at least not for graphics-hungry games. Even the battery is Ratzeputz sucked empty. Games like Plants vs. Zombies and Angy Birds running course without problems and liquid. Also Riptide GP 1 runs properly. Whether the 2nd part of it is still running smoothly, I doubt. Car racing games like Real Racing 3 stutter then also noticeable.
