The robot is effective and fits comfortably upright, yet I was a little skeptical because the rooms of my house windows overlook the void, on a boulevard! Also cleans my windows and balconies partitions, wall tiles in the bathroom, the kitchen, the work plan ... Moreover, I had a problem, I said it was my fault; I called customer service: charming, they sent me a good return: I paid nothing; the technician called my home to tell me what the problem was ... and tell me that even when taking into account the guarantee: it was nice because they were not obliged (I was wrong) ; I got an internet messages when they sent the package ... I received in new condition! It works perfect!
