Lives in Germany, and not finding good soups as in France, we decided to do it ourselves.
With NO regrets!
Jhésitais after some comments on the blender in general, in terms of power, some advised 700w minimum. I was a little afraid of "only" 300w, but everything goes nikel.
Used for:
- Soups (squash, potatoes, carrots, leeks, Jerusalem artichokes,
- Olive Tapenade
- Compotes
It says in the booklet not used for mashed potatoes, so I would not try.
A small flat for the button / knob must be taken appyer constantly, and hand position is not necessarily pleasant, but I finally found a posture that does not hurt (the knob toward me, with the thumb, and on the other hand I hold the cable), niquel.
