The 2 CDs with the release of Amazon setlist (though without spelling errors "If You Ever Leave ...") include the complete concert with the largely (or completely?) Unabridged announcements. Unfortunately, I'm a bit of bass from when recording. Otherwise, the quality is absolutely good.
The DVD with the complete concert includes as an additive all music videos to the release of the CD box. In addition there is an interview with band members on the DVD. The DVD shines in fact as mentioned by other reviewers with a very good image and a good tone (here I do not fell the lack of bass on so much, even if it might be something more ...).
And now to the concert itself:
As already indicated above easily I was a little disappointed because the song list. Most class songs are about, but overall I is the song list to float heavy (8 of 22 songs). But that turned out, in my view already previously at the last concerts of the troops. Songs like "Black Friday Rule" or "Within A Mile From Home" may not actually missing. Also, I would not have been angry because Man The Worst Day Since Yesterday or Selfish.
Now even a very personal observation / opinion regarding the singing of Dave King: So good and exciting he sings, by a quirk of the Irish lose two songs from my point of view to flair: Float and If I Ever Leave This World Alive. King tends (in the good mood out?) To these songs words with an additional "AAAA" at the end equip - which is not always or even most rare fits and me went mainly because of the frequency on the nerves. (Eg float: "ah but do not, no do not sink the boataaaaaa, That You Built to keep afloataaaa" or "If I ever ..." "If I Ever Leave This World Alive, I thank you for the things you did in my lifeaaaaa ... "and so on.). But this is merely a rather negative I noticed about the two songs, otherwise ists bothersome or does not come as' in your face "in front. I just hope that I do not have anyone come across this "aaaaa" and therefore somehow spoiled the songs here ...
Nevertheless, as a huge fan of the troops and if only for the scenes after the concert on the DVD (you supply the fans with Guinness ...) there's five star. For this purpose because the sound quality on the whole is true because the DVD is high Total Classroom because the troupe exudes ne murder playfulness because most known songs are, simply because the rather (my gröbst subjective opinion) weaker songs no matter how are good that you can go through the two albums.
