I have worried me the lamp for my plants that are over the winter in the living room. Until then I had the problem that my Ficus benjamina have lost a lot of leaves over the winter, yet they are in the living room with good light. I then tried it with a normal lighting, but this did not yield any significant improvement. Then I read that the color temperature is crucial. The lamp is approximately 6500K, which corresponds to a daylight with an overcast sky is the same. Slightly warmer (5000 - 5500K) I would have preferred, as I have again not found the appropriate watts at LED. But the plant like the light apparently because the leaf loss is immediately gone significantly. I give them every night about 3 - 4 hours with additional light of the lamp, that's enough of. And the power consumption is measured with 11 watts too!
