The manufacturer's service is exemplary and worth mentioning. The first models of the Turtle was a small mistake. The plate broke away places from "bean bag". One day I received to send a photo of the defective article an email with the request of the manufacturer. I had hitherto not noticed the problem and it also had no effect on the function. I had therefore wondered whether I react at all. After I sent the photo e-mail, I received a brand new Smart Turtle after a short time. Such a service, I have never before experienced.
