Great Game, but with many flaws

I got myself FIFA 15, because I'm a huge fan of the first hour of the Fifa series, now published in September FIFA 15 and super successful from the first impression.

The hand which you have activated in the game settings, still does not really work (VLL is it only on my game ??).
Players are automatically changed which does not always correspond to the optimum state.
Goalkeeper actions are sometimes not exactly the smartest, hinrennen to the ball and yet let her go off the ball at the end.
